HOUSE RULES

We really want you to have a great time at Roselidden House Camping and we have some house rules to ensure that everyone enjoys their stay with us.

RULES

Rubbish

Please dispose of your rubbish in the Rubbish Disposal area. Separate recycling from general waste. Cardboard can be placed in the large red Biffa bin. Glass bottles in the 'Glass' bin and plastic and tin in the 'Plastic and Tin' bin. Please do not litter the site.

Please ensure all rubbish and litter is bagged in bin liners and placed in the large red Biffa bin. (Please see site plan)

Accidents

occasionally accidents and incidents do happen. Please report any of these to reception. In the case of something more serious take the appropriate action to contact the emergency services as required and then call Dawn on 07931 679961. All accidents and incidents must be reported to reception.

Damage to the site and any other property

anyone found damaging or defacing the site property or land will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be issued for remaining nights of your stay.

Other Information

Fires and BBQs 

 

Please be aware we're in a field. Fire risk is high with surrounding farm fields. Please Keep BBQs and fire pits off the ground with slabs provided. Dispose of any charcoal remains in metal bin situated in the washup area. BBQs are allowed if using the BBQs Bricks provided at reception. BBQs should be placed at least 2 meters away from tents and caravans. BBQs should be dampened down when finished with. Hot BBQ trays are NOT to be placed in any bin. Please take into account the wind direction and other campers when lighting a BBQ.

 

Fire 

 

 in case of fire please use fire buckets provided and make your way at the Fire Muster Point. See our Fire Statement for full details.

 

Chinese Lanterns 

these are strictly prohibited.

Noise 

 

please respect your fellow campers at all times and keep noise levels to an acceptable level. Please keep any music, TV, instrument noise to a low volume at all times. Quiet is to be respected from 10pm to 8am. Please respect fellow campers privacy at all times.

 

Dogs 

 

the presence of the donkeys, sheep and chickens on site means that all dogs must be kept on leads at all times. Please clear up any dog poo anywhere on site. A dog poo bin is located in the Rubbish Disposal area - please use only this bin for disposing of dog poo.

Wash up and toilet blocks 

 

 please leave these in a condition in which you would wish to find them. 

Smoking 

 

is not permitted in any communal area. Please dispose of cigarette ends appropriately and do not litter the site.
